Hello and Welcome to the first CLUB dedicated to Ninja art ^__^ This is the Ninja Academy of Fine Arts or NAFA for short. This club goes by Ninja status, the more contests you win, the higher ninja you become.


The guidelines for moving up in status as a ninja goes as follows:


ACADEMY STUDENT:
Becoming an academy student is easy all you have to do is send a note with the word JOIN on it. IF you dont put the specific word JOIN you will be ignored. Think of it as your first test...


GENIN:
To become a Genin you must win one mission aka Contest on our site or come in 2nd or 3rd in a contest. Once this happens you will be put into yoru team.


CHUNNIN:
To become a Chuunin on our site you must win 2 contests.


JOUNIN:
anyone who becomes a chuunin will be automatically eligable to become a jounin. there are two ways to become a jounin.

1:there will be a side contest between all chuunin with the winner becoming a jounin.
once two more chuunin are determined or after three months, another contest will happen where another jounin is picked. if a contest is extremely close say within a few votes of each other, we might pick out two jounin in that contest.
or
2:win 4 contests.




RULES FOR JOINING/ SUBMITTING ART:

1.)Send a note marked "JOIN" to be a member. if it says anything else it will be ignored.

2.) Once you are a member we would like it if you put our icon in your Journal. (optional)

3.) You have to like NARUTO!!!

4.) No</u> Yaoi/Yuri stuff and NO shonen-ai/shoujo-ai, again this is an Academy we wont allow it.

5.) When you submit art for contest we would like you to send us a note marked "CONTEST ART"

6.) When you do submit art please send it to us in a note as a LINK.

7.) And finally only one person may submit one contest entry a month.



HOW TO WIN A CONTEST:

1.) The more comments you get. The more chances you have to win.

2.) After the ending date for the contest is over. We will go around in notes and ask you members to vote for your favorite picture. The only rule is you cant vote for yourself!

Hey everyone! Long time no see!

NEW CONTEST: The ninja's strangest holiday tradition!

Due: Jan 25th.  Please submit artwork in notes as stated above.

New NEWS: There are going to be tryouts for the new Admin on this club, so if you would like to submit a try out. Please send it in a note marked: ADMIN TRYOUT.

Please put a well written statement on why you would like to be admin, why you think following the pre set rules are important, and what would make you the best admin for this club.

Hello everybody! I've been getting a lot of complaints from newcomers about how their name is not on the academy students list. This is because of the journal shortening drammatically and cutting off at least fifty members. Because several academy students are inactive, i will be cleaning out the list of people who do not respond to much, if not any of the notes so that our academy list can be fixed.

I have also obtained Flash and know how to make dress up games! I will ask people for their preferred character that they would want in a dress-up game and then make one for you.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SEND NOMINATIONS WITH THE NOTE! COMMENT IN THE JOURNAL THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I'm also going to finish with the voting. I still need to obtain the lost members of NAFA, so anybody that has a username starting with U-Z please send a new note to join! Thank you!

11th contest
Hello again people. I think that because NAFA's been running slow, we need a little variety in our next contest. In this contest, you shall be having ANY naruto character (Not original characters though) cosplaying or at least in differnt costumes of your design.
For example, Have them as Pirates; the ninjas worst enemy.
Or do they remind you of someone from a different show? Go ahead and draw them!
Its a very simple contest and i think it'll give you guys a challenge, and hopefully more entrants than the last contest. But please, nothing ecchi or hentai thanks.

The deadline shall be sometime in mid september, although the end of the contest would be more reasonable in october (halloween and all)
An actual date will be placed later on depending on what happens.

10th CONTEST WINNERS

As most of you know, I entered the contest long before I became hokage. as in MONTHS before i became Hokage. But due to the lack of entries this last time, we kept mine in. But now that I am Hokage, I cannot take any points despite having my entry win. I apologize once again for the mess up, and the prizes shall be going to for second and for first.

I'm sorry to say that due to the amount of complaints and the new limit on the journal, that there will be no academy list.
If you're an academy student who enters a contest and wins, your name will show up on the Genin list.

I'm sorry, but due to the massive amount of inactivity amongst all of you students, i had to remove it. You took up too much space.
